The purpose of this website
These terms of use set out the rules for visiting the website www.codevelop.fr, published by Skander Bahri, a sole trader operating under the business name CoDevelop. His contact details appear in the legal notice.
The website presents his experience and services in mobile development, specialising in iOS and also covering Android, web development, automation, machine learning and technical recruitment interviews. The SwiftLab section provides access to his publications about iOS development.
Access and navigation
The website is free to access and does not require an account. You remain responsible for the equipment and internet connection needed to use it.
CoDevelop takes care to keep the website running properly. Maintenance, updates, outages or network incidents may nevertheless temporarily interrupt or disrupt access. You can report a problem to [email protected].
Animations support the presentation. They respect your device’s reduced-motion setting and are not required to access the information.
Enquiries about services
The information on the website describes skills, services and examples of work. It does not constitute an order or a contractual commitment regarding the scope of an engagement.
An email, call or Calendly booking is an initial enquiry. Booking a discovery call does not place an order for services or trigger any payment on the website. CoDevelop does not record meetings.
For each engagement, the requirements, deliverables, deadlines, fees, payment terms, confidentiality and rights in the deliverables are defined in a separate quotation or contract before the parties commit. These terms govern use of the website; they do not replace that agreement.
Using the website and its content
You may visit the website and share links to its pages. Any reuse of its text, illustrations, graphic elements, trademarks or logos must respect the rights of their owners and statutory exceptions.
You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access to its infrastructure, misuse its contact methods or send unlawful or malicious content.
Client and engagement references describe the experience presented. The trademarks, logos and products mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. The intellectual property rules are set out in the legal notice.
Links to other services
The website contains links to external services, including Calendly for bookings, SwiftLab for articles, PrivacyScore.fr for the app’s website, LinkedIn and GitHub for professional profiles, and the App Store for applications.
These services have their own terms of use and personal data information. Their publishers are responsible for their content and availability. Including a link does not imply approval of all content on the linked service.
The SwiftLab selection displays the three latest articles in the selected language from the blog’s public feed. If the feed is temporarily unavailable, the latest available references remain visible and a notice explains that they could not be refreshed. Full articles are read on SwiftLab.
Information and responsibilities
CoDevelop takes care over the information published. The experience, services and work presented are intended to help you assess whether an engagement might meet your needs; browsing them does not replace a conversation about your project.
If information appears inaccurate or a link no longer works, you can report it to [email protected] so that it can be checked and corrected.
Each party is responsible for damage attributable to it under applicable law. These terms do not remove or limit any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal data
The website has no user accounts or contact form. Technical browsing data and information associated with an enquiry or booking are described in the Personal data.

Applicable law and updates

These terms may be updated as the website, its features or the applicable framework changes. The update date appears at the top of the document; the published version applies to use of the website on that date, without retrospectively changing an existing services agreement.
